Prince Harry attends a special ceremony at the Embassy of Nepal

Prince Harry attended a special ceremony at the Embassy of Nepal, London. He attended the ceremony on the occasion of 200th anniversary of bilateral relationship between Nepal and United Kingdom. He had visited Nepal almost a year after the earthquake in Nepal. During the visit to Nepal, he witnessed the effects of earthquake. He also extended his tour of Nepal to rebuild a school destroyed by the earthquake.

Prince Harry told that he was very delighted to join the celebration on the behalf of Her Majesty the Queen to bring the close years of joint celebrations, marking 200 years of friendship and cooperation between Nepal and UK. He also stated that Her Majesty the Queen had told him to pass her best wishes.

Prince Harry honored the Nepalese Gurkhas who were recruited into British army. He also unveiled a photograph of Gurkha Victoria Cross recipients. He also met with Gurkha families and watched traditional cultural performances.
