Before I dive into this article in detail though, I want to cover something first: the question in many men's heads of, "Do women actually wantsex?"

Would you rather teach your kids that sex is dangerous and forbidden or that it is permissible and... well, awesome? Are you a “responsible-sex-is-good” parent, or more in the “scare-them-silly” camp? आँट भएका नेपाली भने दिउँसोतिर धिरातिर लाग्छन्। मृत्युदण्ड सजाय सुनाइएकालाई काट्ने, फाँसी दिने, जलाउने, गोली हान्ने, ढुंगाले हिर्काउने र कोर्रा लगाउने ठाउँ धिरा हो। स्थानीय नागरिक र आप्रवासीनागरिकको बाक्लो उपस्थिति रहने हुदाँ सार्वजनिक बिदाको दिन प्राय: दिउँसो ४ बजे अदालतको फैसलाअनुसार मृत्युदण्डको सजाय कार्यान्वयन गरिन्छ। पहिला पहिला युवावस्थामा साथीभाइसँग मान्छेझुन्डाएको हेर्न गइन्थ्यो, १९९१ देखि रियादमै कार्यरत मिश्रले भने, पछि पछि उमेर ढल्किँदै गएपछि आँट जुटाउन सकिनँ। त्यता जान मन पनि लागेन।
धिराको अगाडि ठूलो मस्जिद छ। खुला चौर छ। वरिपरि बस्न सिटहरू राखिएका छन्। त्यही नजिक साउदीको परम्परागत अवस्था चित्रण गर्ने ठूलो संग्रहालय पनि छ। पछाडिपट्टि बजार छ। प्रहरी, मुतुवा(धार्मिक प्रहरी) जतिखेर घुमिरहेकै हुन्छन्। यो हप्ता कसलाई मृत्युदण्ड दिइँदैछ भन्ने सूचना सार्वजनिक गरिएको हुन्छ, साउदीमा सबैबाट बा को उपनाम पाएका मिश्रले भने, प्राय: सलाह (प्रार्थना) गरिसकेपछिसजाय दिइन्छ। त्यस्ता व्यक्तिलाई नमाज पढाएर चौरमा ल्याइन्छ। मुतुवाबाट फेरि सबैको सामुन्ने कुरान पढाइन्छ। न्यायाधीश तोकिएको समयमा आइपुग्छ। त्यसपछि बाहिरबाट दुई/चारजनालाई सैतान भन्दैढुंगा हान्न लगाइन्छ। कालो गाडीमा हालेर ल्याइएका मान्छे मार्ने व्यक्ति बाहिर निस्कछन्। तिनले तरबार निकालेर टाउको र शरीर विच्छेद गरिदिन्छन्। गाडीमा हालेर लैजान्छन्।
सजाय कार्यान्वयन गर्ने व्यक्तिहरूलाई राज्यले विशेष सुविधा दिएर राखेको हुन्छ। तिनीहरूका नेता मोहम्मद साद अल बेसीले १९९८ मा गरेको पहिलो अनुभव सञ्चार माध्यमलाई अन्तर्वार्ता दिंदै भनेका थिए,अपराधीको आँखामा कसिलो बनाएर कालोपट्टी बाँधिएको थियो। मैले उसको शिर छेदन गरिदिएँ। मानिसहरू अचम्म मानेर हेरिरहेका थिएँ। त्यसअघि मैले उसको परिवारलाई भेटेर माफी मागेको थिएँ।
साउदी बढी मृत्युदण्ड दिने देशमध्ये पर्छ। पछिल्लो ६ महिनाभित्र मात्रै १ सय २ जनालाई मृत्युदण्ड दिइसकेको छ, मानवअधिकारवबादी संस्था एमनेस्टीको प्रतिवेदन छ, अघिल्लो वर्ष ९० जनालाई मृत्युदण्डदिइएको थियो। तिनमा आप्रवासी कामदार ३७ जना थिए।
एमनेस्टीका अनुसार सन् १९८५ देखि २०१४ बीचमा २ हजार १ सय ७ जनालाई मृत्युदण्ड दिइएको थियो। तिनमा १ हजार २८ विदेशी कामदार थिए। २१ साउन २०७१ मा तनहुँकी शोभा परियारलाई पनि शिरछेदन गरी मृत्युदण्ड दिइएको थियो। घरेलु कामदारका रूपमा साउदी आएकी परियारले मालिक्नीको यातनाको रिसमा दुईवर्षे बच्चाको हत्या गरिन्। पीडित साउदी परिवारलाई दिया रकम (ब्लडमनी) स्वीकार गरीमाफी दिलाउन नेपाली दूतावासले गरेको प्रयास सफल भएन।
सरिया कानुनले जघन्य अपराध मानेको मुद्दाहरूमा मुत्युदण्डको सजाय तोकिन्छ। हत्या, बलात्कार, झुठा भविष्यवाणी, निन्दा, सशस्त्र डकैती, बारम्बार लागूऔषध सेवन, धर्मत्याग, व्यभिचार, जादूटुनामुनागर्ने/सिकाउनेलाई मुत्युदण्ड दिइन्छ। धेरैजसो मुद्दामा शिर छेदन गरिएको छ। त्यसपछि ढुङ्गा प्रहार गरेर, आगो लगाएर, विद्युतीय झड्का दिएर मृत्युदण्ड दिइएका छन्।
अदालतले मृत्युदण्ड सुनाए जति सबैको कार्यान्वयन हुँदैन। साउदी न्यायपालिकाका अनुसार हुदुद (कारान सजाय) धर्मत्याग, व्यभिचार, गुद मैथुन (समालिङ्गी) का मुद्दा भने कार्यान्वयन हुन्छन्।
क्वाइस अर्थात आँखाका लागि आँखा भन्ने कानुनमा पीडित परिवारलाई निर्णय गर्न दिइएको छ। पीडकले दिएको दिया रकम (ब्लडमनी) पीडित पक्षले स्विकारे पीडकले माफी पाउने व्यवस्था छ। जस्तोपाकिस्तानी नागरिक हत्यामा धनुषाका उमेश यादवलाई मृत्युदण्ड सुनाइए पनि पीडित पक्षसँग छलफल चलिरहेकाले रोकिएको छ। १४ वर्षदेखि साउदी नागरिक हत्या मुद्दामा मृत्युदण्डकै सजाय सुनाइएका पर्वत,केङु९ का शान्तबहादुर पुन पीडित परिवारको कान्छो छोरोको निर्णय पर्खेर बसेका छन्। गत २३ असारमा पीडित परिवारले ११ लाख रुपैयाँ ब्लडमनी लिएपछि मृत्युदण्डबाट आममाफी दिएर उत्तम कुँवरलाईअदालतले नेपाल पठाइदिन आदेश दिइसकेको छ।
अधिकारबादीहरूले गरिब देशबाट काम गर्न आउने विदेशी कामदारलाई मृत्युदण्ड दिइन नहुने लबिइङ गरिरहेका छन्। गत जुनमा राष्ट्रसंघको महासभामा एमनेस्टी इन्टरनेसनले यसबारे आवाज उठाएको थियो।

A canal dug by the Indian Forest Department employees at the no man’s land near the Nepal – India border at Madhuban Municipality – 5 has been filled up by Nepal’s Armed Police Force (APF), Sanoshree.The employees of the Katarniya Wildlife Reserve India dug up 20 meter long canal by using an excavator in the area located between border pillars 75 and 76.The armed police team led by Inspector Bhupendra Pal was dispatched to the site immediately after getting the tip off and took a stand that both the countries are not allowed to carry out any activities at the no man’s land.”They claimed that the land they were digging was on the side of India,” Inspector Pal said and added, “There was confusion if the area was located nine meters within the border pillar, so we filled it up.”The international law bars any countries from carrying out any activities in the no man’s land. Meanwhile, Bardiya’s Chief District Officer (CDO) Bishnu Bahadur Thapa said he did not have any knowledge regarding the incident.
According to reports, at the dinner, Crown Prince Dipendra had been drinking heavily, had smoked large quantities of hashish and "misbehaved" with a guest which resulted in his father King Birendra telling Dipendra, who was his oldest son, to leave the party. Crown Prince Dipendra was escorted to his room by his brother Prince Nirajan and cousin Prince Paras.[2]
About an hour later, Dipendra walked outside the party room and pulled a SPAS-12 from the bag containing the weapons, including an H&K MP5 submachine gun and an M16. He walked inside and fired a single shot with the SPAS-12, hitting his father, before firing into the ceiling. As the family began to aid King Birendra, Dipenra went outside, got the M16 from the bag, and returned to the room. He walked up to his father, who lay on the floor, and prepared to shoot him again. When his uncle Dhirendra tried to dissuade Dipendra from doing so, he shot his uncle in the chest at point-blank range.[2] This was the beginning of the massacre. Dipendra aimed at Kumar Khadga, shooting him several times in the chest, killing him. His wife, Princess Sharada, ran over to her husband and began to cradle him. Dipendra then turned the gun on her and shot her multiple times in the back, killing her instantly.
Dipendra then shot Kumar Gorakha, hitting him in the face and hand. He fell onto a couch, groaning in pain. Princess Shruti, his wife, ran over to her husband, only to be fatally shot by her brother in the chest, falling on top of her husband. Excerpts from the official probe report, prepared by a two-member committee in Kathmandu, stated that King Birendra made an abortive last-minute attempt to shoot at Dipendra as the latter fired indiscriminately at the royals. Dipendra had thrown the 9mm caliber MP5 automatic submachine gun into the billiards room, when he returned for a second time. The king managed to take hold of it, however, his sister Princess Shova Shahi snatched the weapon from him and pulled out the magazine of the gun assuming it to be the only weapon Dipendra had. Dipendra walked over to his aunt, raised the rifle, and shot her. Shova was hit nine times in the back, but survived. While this continued, Prince Paras suffered slight injuries and managed to save at least three royals, including two children, by pulling a sofa over them.[2] The above version of the story is reportedly the one that Shova Shahi told the official committee. Corroborating Shova Shahi's version, Prince Paras is quoted as having said, "She [Shova] must have thought that it was the only weapon Dai (Dipendra) had but I saw that he had much more weapons."[3]
Dipendra then laid his eyes on Princess Komal, who was sitting on a sofa next to Princess Shanti. He fired, hitting Komal once in the chest, but she survived. He then turned the gun on Shanti, hitting her once in the abdomen and killing her immediately. He now had his sights on Princess Jayanti and her younger sister, Ketaki Chester. When Jayanti tried to call for help on her cellphone, Dipendra shot her multiple times in the chest. He then shot Chester in the shoulder as she pleaded with him. Chester later remembered that Dipendra was making sure they were dead by looking for movement. When he returned to Chester, who had blood running down her face as she was laying on her side, he thought he had killed her. Chester survived, but her sister did not. Dipendra then turned to Paris, who was protecting the other family members. Paris told him that he had done enough, and Dipendra, never saying a word, walked out of the room.

I sorta think your overreacting but at the same time good idea to get on top of problems early. Jung Bahadur Kunwar joined the military service (1832–33) at the age of sixteen. As maternal grandson of Bhimsen Thapa, he lost his job and his property when the latter fell. Norwegian Sigurd Halvorsen was taking a group of four tourists and two other guides around the Majete Game Reserve in Malawi when the enraged animal rammed into them.

Newly appointed Ambassador of India to Nepal, Manjeev Singh Puri, has arrived Nepal on Saturday. He landed at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu this morning.
Puri is the 24th ambassador of India to Nepal. He replaced Ranjit Rae who completed his three-and-a-half year term on February 28.
Puri will submit his letter of credence to President Bidhya Devi Bhandari on Sunday.
Before Puri was appointed as ambassador to Nepal, he was working as an Indian Ambassador to Belgium. An Indian Foreign Service officer of the 1982 batch, Puri had served as Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations in New York from 2009 to 2013. He was a senior member of India’s Security Council team during the years 2011-2012, when India served on the Security Council.
Ambassador Puri was actively involved with issues of sustainable development and environment and was a lead negotiator in India’s delegation for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in June 2012, Indian Embassy sources said.
He was a key member of India’s delegation at various Climate Change negotiations, including the Major Economies Forum and the Conference of Parties of the UNFCCC in Copenhagen in December 2009. Ambassador Puri served on the Board of the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate and is on the Advisory Board of India’s most well known environment organization, TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute, New Delhi).
From 2005-09, he headed the United Nations Division in the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi dealing with economic and social issues.
In the course of his Foreign Service career, Ambassador Puri has served twice in Germany (in Bonn from 1984-86 and Berlin from 1991-94) and speaks German. He was the coordinator of the Festival of India in German in 1991-92 and established the Indian Cultural Centre in Berlin.
Ambassador Puri’s other postings have been Bangkok (1986-89), Caracas (1989-91), Cape Town (1998-2002), Muscat (2002-05) and as Deputy Chief of Protocol in-charge of high level visits in the Ministry of External Affairs from 1994-98.
Manjeev Singh Puri (born 1959) has a Masters degree in Management and had worked for Hindustan Unilever before joining the Government of India. He did his BA (Honours) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, with top honours. He is married to Mrs. Namrita Puri and they have two children.

Freddy's owner, Claire Stoneman, from Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, is utterly devoted to her Guinness World Record pet, and his sister Fleur. Such is her affection for her pets that the 41-year-old has even made them a priority over her own love life. 'I've been single for the best part of four years. But I get cuddles off the dogs and I don't have to wash dirty underpants,' Miss Stoneman told the Daily Star Sunday. 'They are children to me... because I haven't had any kids. They need me and it's quite nice to be needed,' added the former glamour model, who shares her king-sized bed with Freddy. However, she now says she's ready to have a relationship, assuming she can find a man who doesn't mind sharing a house with a monster pooch. And with dogs that big - Freddy weighs 14.5 stone - maintenance costs are also massive: Miss Stoneman spends in excess of £12,500 a year to look after the pair.
Among four-year-old Freddy's favourite treats is whole roast chicken or peanut butter on toast.

त्यसैले आजाद भिसामा ठयाक्कै कति पैसा लाग्छ भनेर भन्न सकिदैन, कुनै कुनै नेपाली कम्पनि हरुले लेबर पदको लागि २५ सय रियाल र ड्राइभर पदको लागि ३५ सय कतार रियाल लिएको मैले व्यक्तिगत रुमपा देखेको छु ! तर कुनै कुनै भिसा निकाल्ने कम्पनीले सस्तो लिउछ्न भने कतिपय कम्पनिहरुले काम खोजिदिने सर्तमा धेरै पैसा लिएको पाईन्छ !
यदि तपाई आजाद भिसामा कतार गएर धेरै पैसा कमाउने सोच बनाउनु भएको छ भने एक पटक आफुले आफैलाई हेर्नु होला कि मेरो वस्तविक क्षमता धेरै कमाउने हो या हैन भने ! कतिपय नेपाली हरु दोहाको चौरमा रात भरि सुतेको पनि देखेको छु मैले, आउँन त आजाद भिसामा कतार आए त राम्रो तलव पाउने उनीहरुको क्षमता थिएन कामको खोजि गर्दा गर्दै नेपाल बाट लिएको पैसा पनि सकियो त्यसैले रातको समयमा चौरमै पल्तिनु पर्ने बाध्यताको सामना पनि गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ !

वास्तवमा आजाद भिसा २ दिन भित्र निस्कन्छ, आजाद भिसाको लागि तपाईले कतारको कुनै कम्पनीलाई आफ्नो पासपोर्टको फोटोकपि दिएको एक अथवा दुइ दिन भित्रमै आजाद भिसा तपाईले प्राप्त गर्न सक्नु हुन्छ ! छिटो भिसा निस्कने भएकाले दक्ष व्यक्तिको रोजाईमा आजाद भिसा पर्ने गर्दछ !
के आजाद भिसामा कतार पुगेका व्यक्ति हरुले जुनसुकै काम गर्न पाउछन त ?

Mar 25, 2017- Argentina and Barcelona FC football superstar Lionel Messi through his Leo Messi Foundation has contributed to build 14 heathcare centres in earthquake hit districts in Nepal.
The centres, located in Darbung of Gorkha district, Dolkha of Dolakha district and Dewabuni Baluwa in Kavre district, being developed under the project in association with Unicef will be completed in April, before the start of the rainy season, according to the foundation. “I am very happy to see that project of the Leo Messi Foundation and Unicef in Nepal is perfect,” Messi, who is also a Unicef goodwill ambassador, posted on his Facebook wall. “Three health centers in Nepal are already built, and further 11 are on the way!”
Three of the 14 centers have already been built and will be available to the Ministry of Health of Nepal by this March, the foundation said, adding that seven other prefabricated units would be delivered next week.
On December 2015, the Ministry of Health and Foundation had entered an agreement for the construction of 74 such centres with Unicef.
