Those who love a hairless look think it detracts from what they really want to look at. Keeping everything bald gives a look of cleanliness—especially down south.

“Keep that shit under control,” says Jordan Guskind, 27. “We’re expected to keep things clean down there and guys should also.”
Chances are if she’s traveling down there, it’s not to check out the nest you’ve been growing.
“Just to be frank, nothing less sexy than a pube ending up somewhere it shouldn't, if you are catching my drift,” says Sam Feigman, 28.
A prickly beard and long armpit or chest hair can also get in the way of romantic moments, as well. “ Facial hair does hurt when kissing—it can be very irritating,” says Sklaver. “It can hurt other parts of the body, too, not just your face.”
